  Horrible experience! Totally unprofessional to say the least. Having arranged a day off for fitting of carpets, no one bothered to turn up at the agreed day and time. Couldnt contact the shop as the phone was switching from land line to fax mode after a few rings. Had to contact Head office highlighting my concern only to be told the matter would be dealt at their ends and someone would get back in touch with me in a few minutes. NEVER HAPPENED!! I telephoned the shop again and finally was able to speak to an employee. I was informed the fitters were busy elsewhere but had my job on their list for later on in the day. I was later contacted by the fitter and informed they would be around at about 2pm cause busy elsewhere however....the fitter informed me that on reporting to the shop first in the morning, that there was no record for my carpets to be fitted today and that he was only informed about it by the shop after my phone call earlier on. Therefore, the person answering my call in the shop just blatantly lied when he said " the carpet will be fitted later today as the fitters are now busy in Warrington this morning" Just a total joke which could have been better dealt with by being openly honest on the first place!! Just a joke of a place and never again!!!
